The leadership of YWCA Tulsa contacted us in early 2013 to review their IT cost structure. That assessment confirmed their concerns regarding excessive spending in some areas and inadequate spending in others. In April 2013, we assumed accountability for all IT functions and commenced a detailed review of all IT costs and commitments. To date we have reduced their recurring IT expenses by $66,119 per year.
