Project Summary
When Big Brothers Big Sisters approached 501tech, they employed one full time IT professional for their sixty employees and five offices across the state. Like most nonprofits, they were exploring ways to reduce IT support costs while improving the functionality and sustainability of their environment. In late 2010, 501tech transitioned their IT support to our Managed Services offering lowering their monthly costs by $2,850.
